Post Commanders/Adjutants – Children & Youth Report
Your Post Adjutant will receive the Children & Youth Report from the Department Adjutant In April or May. Please complete the form and forward to me ASAP. District deadline for filing is May 5th. Deadline for the District to file with the Area Commissioner is June 1st.
Post Commanders/Adjutants-Americanism (James Fisk) Award
Your Post Adjutant will receive the Americanism Report from the Department Adjutant In April or May. Please complete the form on receipt and forward to me ASAP. A committee will review the entries by Post Membership groups and forward the best in each category on to the Area Commissionaire who will do the same. At the convention the Department will evaluate those submitted and award the winner the James Fisk Award. The winner last year was El Cajon with Newport Harbor finishing in the top six.
Note: Many Reports are short and do not have attachments. Posts with active programs should have supplemental pages to better show case their efforts
